Zeus40 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform, and the revised terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on our website and can be reviewed at any time.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to adults aged 18 or above. Use of the zeus40 platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be immediately terminated upon detection.
When registering on zeus40, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination at any time. Each individual may register only one account; creating multiple accounts is against our policy and may lead to the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone or allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
For account verification, zeus40 may request a National ID card or other valid identity document when required. Certain services may be restricted until identity verification is completed. This verification process is carried out to ensure your security and to prevent fraud.
The zeus40 platform is intended for personal entertainment and leisure use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and must not engage in any activity that could harm other users or the platform.
Any attempt to hack the platform, steal data, use bots or automated software, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken if necessary. The zeus40 technical team continuously monitors platform security and is equipped to identify any suspicious activity.
Every user is expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, discriminatory remarks, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on the zeus40 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each deposit, as detailed on the Payment page. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Once verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. zeus40 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any transaction suspected of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering. Any financial dispute or complaint must be reported to our support team within seven (7) business days. If a complaint is not raised within this period, zeus40 may consider the transaction confirmed and final. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
The zeus40 platform may experience temporary service interruptions due to technical errors, network disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances. zeus40 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from such situations. However, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. zeus40 is not responsible for any issues arising from a user's own device, connection, or software.
All logos, designs, software, content, and brand elements on the zeus40 platform are protected by zeus40's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using these materials without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users may only view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The zeus40 platform may contain links to third-party services or information. zeus40 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content of any third-party services. Users are responsible for reviewing the relevant terms before using any third-party service.
Zeus40 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, detection of an underage user, or any threat to platform security. Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
If an account is suspended, the user's balance will be kept safe and returned if the user is cleared following an investigation. However, bonus or promotional balances may be forfeited if an account is closed due to a breach of terms. Users may also request to close their own account, in which case any outstanding balance will be returned after verification is complete.
Users may contact our support team to raise an objection against any decision made by zeus40. All objections will be given due consideration and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between zeus40 and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, both parties have the right to seek settlement through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
Zeus40 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time for business reasons, legal changes, or platform improvements. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users at least seven (7) days in advance. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or relevant authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
